I can provide you with a monthly Superbill to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Private-Pay Fees
Individual Psychotherapy (53 minutes): $200
A sliding scale is available for low-income individuals based on household income. If you are uninsured or underinsured, please feel free to reach out to discuss options.
Payment Information
Payment is collected at the end of each session via credit card (most major credit cards, including FSA and HSA cards, are accepted). Your card information is securely stored in Simple Practice, a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record system.
In accordance with the No Surprises Act (2021), you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate that outlines the expected cost of services before beginning therapy. This helps ensure transparency and prevents unexpected medical bills.
Cancellation Policy
I require a 24-hour notice to cancel a scheduled appointment. In cases of less than a 24-hour notice of a cancellation or of a missed appointment, a client will be required to pay the full cost of the missed session. This policy may be re-considered in cases of emergency.
